It is very unlikely it will work. You can always try.

Yes and No
Is it possible probably but as it stands now the game is programmed to look for a guitar controller through Bluetooth. If you knew something about programming, and had about 6 months of extra time to reprogram it to look for a controller on the usb yes. Is it likely someone will actually sit there and do this when you could just buy a Wii version no.
