Can I play forwarders games with windscreen in 3ds?

Hey guys,

Sorry if this question has already been asked but how can I play games that are forwaders in windscreen with twpatch.
I can play games on twhilight menu in windscreen with the moved and renamed file Widescreen.cxi but not when the games are in the home menu

Which file I have to move and where?

Windscreen or widescreen?
From what i know not all DS games can be made to display in widescreen as some of them are not compatible..
Anyway, you could still ask here about it if you're using YANBF.
