Hacking Can I get my new switch banned from using same nintendo account or transfering any data?

Hello, I am planning to buy a new switch soon because I miss playing smash bros online and splatoon, but the problem is, I want to use the same nintendo account and possibly transfer data from my old hacked switch to my new switch that will be unmodded, (I am not banned on my hacked switch and still have online) but here is my question, If I use the same nintendo account or transfer data through nintendo switch online, will I be banned on my new switch? (PLEASE RESPOND ASAP)

my hacked switch was banned but NOT my account. i signed into my new unhacked switch with the same account and it was fine. nintendo "mostly" banns your switches cpu (motherboard) and only the account only if you hack online or some serious.

Possible. If you care about not getting banned, use one switch for CFW and one for clean online.

I also want to transfer my save states from Switch (A) to Sitch (B)
I have read that you can do this with "Checkpoint" (you need to have softmoded the Switch) or transfer data with Nintendo.
The question is that I don't want to update their firmware (not Switch A neither B) and I 'am affraid that the firmware gets updated if I conect them to internet to transfer the data.

Can somebody tell me about this, please?
