My exact question, is if this won't get me banned or cause any kind of difficulty to hack.

You have to remove your wifi settings before making the emunand to be safe.
Make the emunand.
Use incognito rcm to render your switch anonymous in emunand
The emunand part won't be able to contact Nintendo server (at least to be identified)
You can go back to sysnand to add back your wifi access and go online there
