Hacking Call of Duty Black Ops 2 - install and patch

Just ordered Call of Duty Black Ops 2 for the Wii U. This is a 2 part questions.

1. Is there a way for me to copy the game from disc to my external hard drive?

2. How do patch this game? Do I simply have to find the wup for it?

Found the answer
