I'm pretty sure that Brony's means Brony is or Belonging to Brony while the plural form should be Bronies.
That coupled with the apostrophe should make it obvious the title is actually the possessive form.
I'm not entirely certain - this is a made-up word afterall (compound word, to be exact). It could be a standard Saxon Genetive form in the singular, but it could just as well be "Brony's (s = has) (bought new toys)" given the nature of the embedded video.

True, true. Or possibly "Brony's ('s = is) excited about his newest purchase" (given the video's ending).
