the only two useful things that can be done with it

stripping for parts:
taking it appart to get individual parts
then using/selling the working ones as replacements (for defective parts in other wiis)

reprogramming the nand:
the wiis software is stored in a nand
if you got a nand programmer you can change if from the outside
eg restoring a (previosly created) backup (deadlyfoez does offer this service but a used wii might be cheaper)
it might (i don't know) even be possible to read out you current nand, fix it and finally restore it

I think neither option sounds like you can/want to do it
hence the suggestion to sell it to someone who does

wouldn't know who to sell too or what to do to fix it. since I have no working prii loader sounds like there isn't much I can do with it which sucks

Put it on ebay and sell it AS IS. People do buy broken Wii for either parts or attempt to fix it.
