Gaming Box art for Netflix disk in usb loader?

Loving Netflix on the Wii so far... loading from USB via CFG USB loader. Anybody out there made cover art for the netflix disc yet? I thought about doing it myself but I'm not too savvy W/photoshop and such. I wanted to make a request at wiitdb but I can't sign up. Anyway if anyone could bust this out I think it would be cool.
