Hacking Suggestion Booting in to RCM without the jig

Can somebody make that you can boot in to RCM without the jig (something like AutoRCM but you need to hold power and plus button to boot in to RCM)

Sorry for a dumb suggestion

Just out of curiosity: when you disable it, do you just reactivate it by going into RCM and pressing +?

You have to send the bricmii payload again to enable or disable it.

If you have no way of sending payloads and autorcm is enabled then you are not able to do anything at all with your switch when you coldboot it.

Though you could do this without using a payload.

No, if it were possible to install software into RCM like that then someone would have written a boot loader already & you wouldn't really need to be able to disable it.
