Hacking Suggestion Booting in to RCM without the jig

Can somebody make that you can boot in to RCM without the jig (something like AutoRCM but you need to hold power and plus button to boot in to RCM)

Yes.. When u inject the briccmii payload you can either enable autoRCM (press volume -) or disable it (press volume +)

You use the volume keys to toggle it when you run bricmii, not when you are cold booting the console. It's not a boot time option.

You have to send the bricmii payload again to enable or disable it.

If you have no way of sending payloads and autorcm is enabled then you are not able to do anything at all with your switch when you coldboot it.

You can from the bricmii payload. Those are just the buttons used in bricmii to toggle it.

No, if it were possible to install software into RCM like that then someone would have written a boot loader already & you wouldn't really need to be able to disable it.
