Booted my 3DS after a year, and found this (nothing changed/moved from SD). Anyone can guess something? I'm going crazy

The homebrew is Luma with ARM9 and A9HL.
This is what the SD root directory looks like

Any suggests on this? Tried already to move out file -> format -> move in but with no luck.
Any help is highly appreciated! Thanks.
