I think that nintendo said no, he went nuts and now he's trying yo make nintendo want his game. I think it would had worked better if he released it as a homebrew, demonstrated how big he could get and then form a company and start seriously. But no, he went nuts.

I hope he's stopped being so childish now - many homebrew developers could've done what he did, asking Nintendo for a development kit, and whining like hell when he didn't get one. That should've been his cue to just release it as a homebrew, so people get to experience this "great-looking" game nonetheless.

Let's see: A bedroom with a shower (Ooh, that's definitely secure), a computer, books, a DS with a flashcard (if he even has one), and one man (Yep, definitely a sufficient amount of staff). It seems like he's a perfect candidate for a development kit. Or a kick in the face.

Bob is like a videogame-terrorist. In Nintendo's eyes, a really tiny, almost non-existent, threatless terrorist, but it saddens me to see that the gaming community is practically obsessed with whatever the guy (And i think it's safe to say he's an idiot now...). OH, Bob changed his underpants!! OMG TO THE BOB THREAD.

it is really not helping bob sell his game to nintendo by acting insane (I.E. aliens lulz) Nintendo wants to work with professionals, and are afraid the whole damn thing is one joke ("maybe theres a level composed entirely of penises") especially when he starts his campaign like that.
