Blue Dragon Behemoth of the Underworld new trailer

A new entry in the Blue Dragon franchise now, this time a Nintendo DS action RPG similar to FF Crystal Chronicles. There's a new trailer for it now with a release date and some details-



- base character of boy and girl are playable
- outfit/create character after choosing base
- story starts in the Neo Gibral Cube underground, and you're helping the main character learn their identity
- "Special Fan Book" preorder fanbook contents

character guide
strategy notes
- due out Oct. 1st (Japan, no US date yet)

I've not played any games in this series, but it caught my eye. We'll see soon enough.

The character models look pretty bad in comparison w/ Dragon Quest IX.
It doesn't really "capture" Toriyama's style IMO.
Also seeing as BD has 2 installments on DS and 1 on 360, they should probably re-release the first one in some form in a Nintendo console, since each game directly follows each other.
