I found there was a menu patch in another topic but the site mentioned in it no longer has the topic and patch. Does anyone know of a link I can get the menu patch from?

Google led me to the cached topic but no link (only had the 3rd page when I looked, no first page so no download link). Checked the Download section, nothing there either.

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
