Gaming Blocking a webpage

I recently got no willpower and a horrible addiction for one webpage (inb4porn). Is there a way for me to block it?

Rather stupid I know, but I need help.

If you blocked it you can just remove the block as easily.

Well in case your willpower is that weak the best way is to setup one of those parental web filtering programs (something like this) to block that website & make a relative/friend set the password(or just type some random text and copy-paste it but then there will be no easy way to unblock it)
