Hacking Black wii 4.3w dvd doesnt work

Bought a black wii with 4.3 firmware from waninkoko.
No priiloader, No bootmii, no HBC anymore.
DVD drive doesnt seem to work, but when i put in my dvd drive from my other wii, it still doesnt work.
Could this be a softwareproblem?
Also when i want to fill in the current date in the system menu, the wii stuck, and reboots with old date.
What are my options?

Return it from where you got it? Sounds like a faulty wii with a bad drive... Waninkoko doesn't make custom firmware, just custom updaters... if you didn't have an up to date homebrew channel system menu 4.3 deletes it.

Priiloader is always overwritten by system menu updates.

Bootmii was never an option (as boot 2 anyways) on the black wiis.

Are you trying to read original discs?

Nintendo changed the DVD drive for black Wiis and future revisions.
DVD-R/+R backups won't work.
If you're trying an original disc, then either the disc is dirty or the drive is damaged.

Even original disc wont work, the disc isnt even spinning.
With none of both drives!

I think the drive isnt damaged, but the wii mainboard itself, or the software is corrupted.

Install bootmii and hbc; make a nand backup then reinstall all your ios and the system menu you can use the guide in the sticky. If that does not fix it then come back here. tell us if it does as we like to hear good news too.

How do i supose to do that, if i have no hbc, bootmii or priiloader?

I think the wii first is hacked and installed with priiloader, then the option is set to stop the drive.
Afterwards it is updatet with waninkokos 4.3 firmware, also the updating of firmware doesnt work via the wiimenu.
