Am I the only one that thinks the title looks like a misunderstanding of how babies are made?

I mean, you sleep with someone, and then 9 months later one of you gives birth...

Well it ties in with Chain of Memories, where Sora had to sleep for a year to allow the birth of his memories again. There's a lot of other things in the KH series that tie to Birth by Sleep.
