Gaming Big Word Puzzle Book Dictionary

So, I'm playing this puzzle game Big Word Puzzle Book, and each time I complete a puzzle, I see some sort of dictionary that shows some weird words...

Does anyone know the use of this? The words are not even English and they keep popping up

So, whats the use of this, and why are those words no correct English???

P.S (Some)Words in the puzzle itself are not correct English as well..

Why?
