Forgive my ignorance, but what's the difference between a real case and a fake? Providing the case is assembled correctly, is fairly durable, and doesn't cost more than the authentic ones, what does it matter? I mean, if it were a flashcart or a screen protector I'd see some definite concerns there. IDK, maybe I'm just missing the point... Sorry.

Bit of info, the newer Hori cases (well for the DSi LL atleast) have a tag on the inside that says HORI CO LTD. so it should be a lot easier to tell fakes apart from the real ones.
