ok hi, i have an idea to make a better friends list for the 3ds that would let you add friends and possibly achievements and other stuff like that! does any one have any resources that could help me start to code it(like what coding language it uses and documentation on how to write a 3ds home brew application)

The achievements thing is super ambitious, and likely will never be implemented just due to how it works.
