I know a bios might be required, so that won't be an issue.

I like my games in the PSP game.pbp format since it saves on disk space.

Is there a good way to play my PS1 games on my homebrewed 3.60 vita?

-edit- libretroarch has the pcsx rearmed option, is this the best option I might have? Does it support the game.pbp format?

Your only option is retro arch for right now. No, they must be in their native .bin format, and it is recommended to have the bios for better game comparability.
