Yah but realhotstuff costs 20 bucks extra. I suggest either 4coolday or gamekool they're about the same price as DX but ship ALOT faster (DX ussually takes about 2 weeks to arrive).

DX is ok just be aware of the delivery time

i will say shipping is strongly depends on 2 factors
types of shipping and location

it takes them 1 week to deliver things from shenzhen/hongkong to malaysia with standard air mail
thats pretty normal (thats my experience from purchasing things from gamekool as well as other online shops that is located at shenzhen/hongkong)

if i pay for Fedex,DHL it will take them 1 day

Even if you get a bad/dud there's a 99% chance they'll send you a new one.

Can't really recommend 4coolday right now. My m3i zero (or usb cable) is defective and they haven't stepped up to replace it. The e-mail response I received was 'the m3i zero won't work with a ds lite. Only dsi.' My personal experience with them has been disappointing and I can't see myself dealing with them in the future.

I'll have to go through paypal/visa to get my cash back. Saving the extra $ wasn't worth the time or effort I have to say.

my interpretation would be they will send you a 1.4 compatible m3i0 (if you are willing to pay the extra)
