I have been experimenting them for a while, and I just thought I'd show you some hosts. Some are popular, some not so much. But I'm sure you'll find one that you like here eventually.
Best Image Hosts
Imageshack
Many people use this, and I don't see why. It's good for quick uploads but for the user that wants to organize his files or wants to upload a large amount, stay away from Imageshack. It has a steady 1.5 size limit. It has a 100mb/hour bandwidth limit.
Pros:
-Good for quick, easy uploads.
-Can resize images
Cons:
-Lack of Organization
-Mediocre feature set
-Hacks and security

Photobucket
This website is also commonly used. It is steady and offers a large feature set, but the problem is that signup is required, and it
has frequent issues. These include a small file size limit, a frequent bandwidth problem, and a large amount of hacks and security issues. However, that aside, it should do for the common user.
Pros:
-Large feature set
-Easy to organize files
Cons:
-Small file size limit
-Bandwidth problems
-Hacks and security issues

-No nagging
-Fast
-Easy
Cons:
-None

Picasa Web Albums
This is the only one where you need to download a software. It is easy and reliable, you can expect that much from Google. Google's Picasa is great to organize, since you have software with you. Restrictions are minimal, although you need a Google Account (gmail).
Pros:
-Easy to organize
-Minimal Restrictions
Cons:
-Requires Software

This is Yahoo's own, and it is pretty much the best for hosting photos. For graphics however, it is not the right place your looking for. This is incredibly popular, and it is the one where you can expect to see holiday photos, or vacation photos.
Pros:
-Best for photos
-Rich feature set
-Popular so many people will look
Cons:
-Not good for graphics
