Hi, I was just wondering (since I happen to know some C++), what is the best library for DS homebrew programming?

EDIT: nvm, just found the questions thread. I'll ask there.

EDIT 2: Alright, since no one seems to read the "discussion thread," I'll try in this thread again. So... what is the best library for DS homebrew programming?

There you will find everything you need to code 4 the DS

You'll find devkitARM 27, along with the latest libraries dswifi, libfat and libnds

There is also a game maker and some libs that will ease windowing (there's one that will make your dialog boxes look like amiga).

Good luck and come back here sharing your app/game when you're done!

If you're looking for something easier, you can use PAlib. It's based of the devkitpro toolchain with a bunch of functions already made for you, and of course it works with C and C++.

http://palib-dev.com/

However, if you find PAlib too hard, *shock*, you're doomed, unless you resort to DSGM. :/

Alright, thanks for the tips, everyone.

EDIT: With the PAlib, I'm confused as to how I'm supposed to compile it (I ran the build.bat, but there were some errors.)

EDIT 2: Alright, I looked on the PAlib forum, and it said something about downgrading the devkitPro. Oh, and of course I'll be posting whatever I make here.
