Hacking Bannerbomb running WAD manager

So I wanted to restart on homebrew so I could follow a tutorial on how run backups. (Not for piracy, just so I can run backups in case a game breaks or something.) So I uninstalled the channel, and downloaded bannerbomb and what not, and when I went to run it it ran WAD Manager...
And I don't know why or how to stop it.
Help anyone?

I tried updating to 4.2 in hopes that it would delete homebrew for me, but it didn't. :c

Bannerbomb is going to run whatever boot.dol you have on the root of your sd card.

So if you hve wad manager as the boot.dol on the root of the sd card it will run wad manager everytime you run the bannerbomb exploit.

If your wanting to uninstall the homebrew channel then get the hackmii installer boot.dol and put that on the root of the sd card and once it loads there will be an option to delete the homebrew channel.
