SigHax is derrek's implementation, while b9s is going to be the community-used one. It is installed directly to NAND instead of SD card/ CTR-NAND. This makes it a bit dangerous (if anything goes wrong with the payload you need a hardmod and a NAND backup, whereas with b9s you can change the payload on the SD card to fix it).
