Hacking bad batch?

Okay so I just received my Acekard 2.1 in the mail.
For some reason it came without the USB flash drive thingy, so i put my microSD in my phone and connected it to my pc and transferred files this way.
downloaded AKAIO 1.6 RC2, whenever i load a rom, it freezes on the green loading screen.

so I tried downloaded the official loader, every game loads but has problems, lots of freezes, specially on saves.

i looked online and found something about a bad batch of Acekards, saw that the solution was to download the older version the official loader, worked fine, Pokemon soulsilver runs fine.

question is do I tell the company i bought it from that i want another cause its bad or should this be good enough?

if it helps im using the original fat DS

Try requesting a refund, then getting the Acekard 2i.

Why do people get the Ackeard 2.1 instead of the 2i in the first place?
