Hacking Backup Launcher reboot with hooks error

This use to work fine, WiiGator, Wanakoko, 002 fix versions, but now if i try to reboot with hooks (b button) i get a code dump or menu error, could it be pre-loader .29, or one of the cios installed
My Wii Wananikoko 4.0e cios36-rev10, pre-loader .29

Rebooter doesn't work on 4.0. Apparently it will if you have a certain IOS downgraded, but I don't recall which it is.
