Hacking Backup Launcher 349 Error

Well, I've been able to run Backup Launcher just fine for a while now. After I upgraded to 4.0, I had to install some custom cIOS to get the new Wad Manager working. I download and burn Punch-Out!, eager to play, only to be greeted with the 349 Read Error on the Backup Launcher. I know it's not a media problem, I'm using DVD-Rs and they've worked on the other games I've burned. How do I fix this problem?

Custom cIOS is kinda redundant, but anyways what cIOS was it that you installed?

Also would help to know how you upgraded to 4.0 and why this new Wad Manager you're talking about needed a new cIOS than what you had before when wad manager 1.4 should let you choose any vulnerable IOS you have to run off of.

I upgraded to 4.0 using this guide:

Weird thing is, I tested my previous burned discs and they played just fine on my Wii.
