Hacking B9S/Luma-"prefetch abort (svcBreak)" error while opening HBL on N3DSXl

Hello, I followed CTRTransfer method on 3ds.guide, but when I try to launch HBL (Section III “Switch the hb. title to the current app.” then "Launch the Download Play application") I get the following error:

Processor: ARM11 (core 1)
Exception type: prefetch abort (svcBreak)
Fault status: Debug event
Current process: loader (0000000000000000)

(I installed luma v9.0 but it's still not working)
I searched on the internet, and tried to use Decrypt9 for cntrnand transfer (11.5) (many times) and install NS.cia and Home Menu EUR.cia but nothing worked...

I would like to format my SD card but I don't know what are the essential files to put then...
And do I need to restore my nand backup after each CTRTransfer?

Do you have boot.3dsx on your SD card?
