awoo installer stuck on hos 11.0.1

sorry, noob here
okay so when i tried installing the sigpatches for firmware 13.0.0/AMS 1.1.1 in the awoo installer app, it shows that it "updates" but it still shows that it's on HOS 11.0.1
and now the apps keeps crashing when i download nsps

I don't get the whole picture of what you have and what you're trying to do from your post. Are you using emuNand and have already updated it to 13.0.0? And you have updated Atmosphere and Hekate to the latest? Is your System FW at 11.0.1?
If you're trying to apply the patch for cfw 13.0.0, it's a simple unzipping a file to the root of your SD card; don't think you need Awoo for that. Install instructions here: https://github.com/ITotalJustice/patches
