I updated hekate, bootloader, Fussee, sigpatches and updated firmware to 16.1.

Everything worked.

I installed new nsps using dbi and goldleaf with some issues trying to install the package, then the system gave me a fatal error occured
When running fusse invalid GPT signature.

I rebooted and tried emummc and I get this message...

Unknown pkg1 hos version not supported or emummc corrupted. Trying backup bootloader. Found pkg1 ('7g')

Failed to launch.

Not sure what to do... Maybe delete atmosphere folder and reinstall it again?

Totally remove the Atmosphere folder from your sd card and download/install the new one from github. Also make sure you are using the fusee.bin to launch atmosphere. You should also update hekate if you are using that to launch fusee.bin.

If that works, update your sigpatches. If it fail you probably corrupted emunand, which is maybe down to sd card card corruption.

I deleted atmosphere, reinstalled, reinstalled Fussee, updated hekate and updated the rcm loader... Same error

I do remember I selected okay in dbi auto install when I stalling from my sd card maybe that's what caused corruption.

How can I fix the corruption?

You can't really fix corruption if the exfat file table is corrupted, if you've tried all other options and they failed, you might need to end up just making a new emunand. You could first try to copy your emunand to a pc and use NxNandManager to mount it,
https://github.com/eliboa/NxNandManager

if you can you are able to mount it and explore the files, it might not be corrupted and your problem lies somewhere else.

you could testo your sd card this way:

Backup all files on your SD card on your pc, format it to fat 32 using fat32 format (https://gbatemp.net/download/gui-format.33869/) then test your sd card using H2Testw (https://www.heise.de/download/product/h2testw-50539)

And let us to know the result

my nervous chat before I format...I do not have enough hard drive space to make a backup of my current Switch SD. I'll be using my last back up from April '23 when I installed Android (I've used this back up before and it works). After I recopy my files I'll just update my hekake, atmosphere, sigpatches, fusee then update thecfw to 16.1

I did a quick fat32 format successfully. Tried to format again and unchecked quick format, now the formatter has restarted formating it's self after getting to 7%.

Should I stop guiformater, quickformat the card again then format in hekate?

Use the write+verify function on h2testw
I posted pictures of the h2testw results on my last post

boot to sysnand/ofw and see what firmware you're on
my current version is 15.0.1 on the ofw. Is it best I update the ofw system from Nintendo before reinstalling files on my sd card and using atmosphere again?
