your problem is tegraRCm,use and old version,do not use the latest.
Ignore this ...

We do not know your problem right now.
It could be tegra it could be driver could be usb or a bad port

We need to diagnose what is happening here
what has changed since the last use of a successful payload inject ?
Can you tell us your tegra version you are using.
And can you try another usb c cable ?
And are you able to boot into the switch os at all ?

Nothing has changed since my last successful inject. Same cord, same laptop, same port.
I'm using the lastest tegrarcm
I will have access to a second USB c cable tomorrow. The cable I used is long and tends to get bent, it probably broke finally. I had to move it around for tegra to green.
Not able to boot into switch os at all due to the fact I have SXOS autorcm enabled. I had full battery as well, so it did not die.

Bought a new cord, and everything worked like a charm. Removed autorcm and decided to keep this cord safe in it's box (to prevent it from breaking)
Thank you to all that have helped me and I'm sorry I kinda made you guys think it was other things.
I don't know how to close a thread though, any ideas?

Biggest thing is that RCM isn't dangerous, just annoying if your cord breaks
