just wanted to know is there any authentic website or person who sells Preloaded NTRBoot hax with flashcard who ships worldwide as there are many like me who doesn't have second console for transfer.

Just contribute, avoid places that specifically say it won't up your message count and just keep trying. That's how I got mine up.

Fair enough, I managed to get mine up in a day. Just keep working at it, however if not, I guess you could look online.

It can be tedious but honestly it's not hard, sometimes some threads can lead to conversations and this gets your count up. Just avoid the EOF and Introductions, those won't add to it.
