Hacking AuReiNand DSi Ware problem.

I've downloaded make_cia for PC and finished copying. What do I do now? Again, sorry for being so illiterate when it comes to DSiWare stuff and CFW.

It's okay. On second thought, copy the "title" folder from EMUNAND TWLN, and paste it in SYSNAND TWLN. After you do that, in order to prevent bricking, do not install any DSiWare (TWL) CIA to sysNAND. Just launch them in emuNAND, and you're good to go!

I guess I must be pretty screwed, since my sysNAND version is 9.2 and I can't use the eshop to redownload them there because of updates.

No worries. Make sure your HBL starter kit and payload are updated to the latest version (might not be needed as long as you have at least *hax 2.5)
Put this on your SD card: http://gbatemp.net/threads/httpwn-bypass-system-update-blocks.420041/
Then just enter HBL on sysNAND, run httpwn, exit back to HBL, and run the eShop shortcut. It should work fine and let you redownload your games.
