So, I've used the path changer coming with AuReiNand and my DS cartridges work like a charm on the CFW. However, DSi Ware games give me the classic error on a black screen. What do?

Yeah, it wouldn't hurt to install a clean TWL_FIRM. I thought I had done that when Aurora put patching in the CFW, but I was getting the same thing as you on 5.0 (black screen). Installed a clean TWL_FIRM and now it works!
How do I install it to Sysnand exactly?

Nope, had to download twl_firm from that iso site but I'm stuck.
Actually, I have already done that. Installed the right twl patch on nand and it completed successfully but I am still given errors when I run Ware games on emunand.
are your nands linked or unlinked? It's my understanding if they're unlinked you can only run and install them on sysnand which needs a patched twl firm. if linked, you need it installed on both emunand and sysnand and you can run them in emunand that way.
the way i run dsiware and gba:
I use cakes for my o3ds 10.7 emunand, which is unlinked from my 9.2 sysnand, and my 9.2 sysnand i boot with pasta from ctrbootmanager and have my twl_firm patched. I _only_ have dsiware and gba games working from sysnand.

Either use GodMode9 to extract the DSiWare, and convert them to CIA, or switch to Arm9LoaderHax with these guides:

If I convert them to .cia with GodMode9 will I be able to intall them on Sysnand with no problems?
Yes, but GodMode9 is for extracting, and not converting. Use make_cia for PC to convert to CIA.
Sorry for being such a bother, but do you know where the dsiware games are? There's 0: SDCARD, 1: SYSNAND CTRNAND 3: SYSNAND TWLN 4: SYSNAND TWLP 5: EMUNAND CTRNAND 5: EMUAND TWLN 6: EMUNAND TWLP, S: SYSNAND VIRTUAL, E: EMUNAND VIRTUAL and M: MEMORY VIRTUAL.
I've downloaded make_cia for PC and finished copying. What do I do now? Again, sorry for being so illiterate when it comes to DSiWare stuff and CFW.
