For sure, you would love to bring your DS ... and your flashcart during long flight trip.

Now, have you ever been checked on the airport and asked to show your DS?

They don't,they ask you to put your electronics in a bag that they show you, then you walk through this metal detector like thing, and then they give you your stuff, thats how it was when I went to Puerto Rico.

you should have no trouble, the only thing you need to do is not put your WIFI on when your playing a game. It wil disrupt the planes electronics

What I did was put a legal game in the DS and put the flashcard in the game case. Didn't matter, they didn't even look at it.

I fly atleast twice a year and have flown atleast 20 times total in my life. They will not look at your DS or even be able to see that there's a flashcart through the scanners they have.

Even if they did see it they wouldn't know what the hell it is. And if they did they can't arrest you for it because they're not illegal.

Yea of course you can bring your flashcards along. They aren't illegal at all. I went on a trip to cancun and i brought my r4i along(kept my acekard2i back). The customs in mexico digged through my suitcase and found the r4i box, but anyways they didn't care. They just let me right through the security.
