If we come to the conclusion, that the brain works with electricity, and electricity works by the laws of physics...
Does that mean that we don't have free will?
Are we subject / created by laws of physics?

If the Universe is made mostly by Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxigen and Nitrogen... does it means that we are made of the Universe itself, as that's what organic life consists of?

Not always, depending on how pedantic you want to be. For example you would round down 2.4 to 2, but if 2.4 + 2.4 = 4.8, you round up and get 5.
