Hardware Ark Tools Download

Ok, so I've been looking for this program called Arktools for some time now. This program has the ability to open the .ark files found in the Rockband games so you can mess around or rip the in-game assests. This program is nigh impossible to find on the internet since the creator removed it from his website.

If anyone has a copy of and would please upload it, it would be much appreciated.
Right now I have the 6.0 version and am looking for the 7.0.
