Presumably Coldbird is still working on it. It's important that the release is as refined as possible with most of the ARK feature set. There's no hurry, Coldbird can take as much time required.
Not trying to be mean, but we know that the pspemu hack is real, and Ark is being ported. There's not much in the form of news that they can give us, this stuff takes time, a lot of the dev's personal free time.
