More specifically, the Japanese re-releases of Final Fantasy X International, Final Fantasy X-2 International + Last Mission and Final Fantasy XII: Zodiac Job system?

Final Fantasy X International has an English text and menu option that you can choose upon starting a new game, and the VA is already in English. As for X-2, not sure.

Are you sure the Japanese re-release of FFX International has the English option and not only the European version of FFX International?

Yep, FFX International J has options for English and Japanese. The voices are in english.
And as far as I know, no one has made a patch for FFX-2, and no one is willing to

It's a shame that so many people hate the game based on it's appearance and have never played it. Since, you know, it's easily got some of the best gameplay in the series.

I have some very good news to anyone who still visits this thread... a partial translation of sorts was released yesterday for Final Fantasy X-2 International!! Although it is far from a complete patch - it only translates the items, accessories, abilities, auto-abilities, and enemy abilities into English. All menus, garment grids, enemy/npc names, subtitles, and npc dialogue is still in Japanese. The item descriptions also had to be removed due to byte-size issues. And Last Mission itself is left as-is.

Point is, the game is now playable at least to those who do not understand Japanese.

the following link gives the semi-translation patch for the game iso

Although it does not translate Last Mission or new items/abilities, this is still a good thing. No one else would translate this game in the past 6 years, but 2 members on the game's gamefaqs board have done so. 1 member put out this patch, and cannot translate anymore due to lack of expertise. The other is still working on his own version. Big thanks to them for their efforts on this fun, forgotten game!!!

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.

He couldn't eat until after his MRI, when he had a bomb pop.
