There is no page to show you these kinds of statistics, no.
I can pull some stats from the database, though.

Thread/Post with the most likes: https://gbatemp.net/threads/digimon-story-lost-evolution-translation-project.323038/ (716 likes)

What others have said and if you want specific sections it should also be noted you can click on the top parts to sort the forums by various things.
https://gbatemp.net/forums/nds-rom-hacking-and-translations.41/?order=reply_count for instance (title, start date, replies, views, last message mainly)

There is a likes option if you use the sort function at the bottom of the page (might need to click "Show Thread Display Options" but if you hover over the
"Replies: *
Views: ?"
part on the main section of the page then it will tell you likes for the opening post.
As ever though I will note the general uselessness of the likes function -- it was not there until quite late in the day for some of those sections, and the likes system in general is seemingly more about jokes, snark, popularity and so forth so meh.

In addition the sidebar will feature Most Viewed in this Forum and popular this week.

Sadly Xenforo is a bit more limited than some other forum software when it comes to cutting things off after a certain date (though I have never met anybody that seriously used such a thing, indeed the only action I have ever given such options is to enable it when the forum runners of whatever forum leave it enabled and I wish to see the things further back in time).
