Homebrew Are there any app that can be used to edit/move files on your card?

There is an app on the wii that allows you to manage the files on your SD card. Is there one for the DS too. It would make my life easier being able to manager file away from my pc. Thanks for any info.

What's the best version of DSO? I thought I had the best one (no idea what version), but I grabbed my friend's cyclo and his was like 40x faster.
