Was anyone actually ever banned? If so were their only a few band then never aga, i don't really understand.... I use private headers anyway, but just wondering.

They're real. 15-20 days and they go away. It's game header IDs (game ban) not accounts. Relax. just use private headers for online play.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
