as far as i know i followed ALL guides for protecting my sysnand, (only ever boot to sysnand from cold boot, never used semi-ofw) but somehow i was banned this morning. (and when i was attempting to do something legitimate too) so i imagine nintendo has gotten better at seeing mods and such, or i messed up at some point. horrible timing tbh. wonder how many others were caught in this ban hammer today....

Probably using A.I. they could discover things they couldn't possibly discover without A.I. just a guess but even police are using A.I. now.

You definitely messed up somehow, maybe you connected to wifi in CFW without DNS blocking?

thakfully the only game i'm CURRENTLY interested in that i was playing legitimately is Animal Crossing, and i hve workarounds for that (thanks Switch-LAN Play) will suck to be unable to share game builder garage games from my console, but i have others. as for emuMMC stuff, no change there... so i'm ok
