I doubt that'll happen. The only reason the first 3 games were labelled best price versions is cause they were just gba ports.

Yeah, but the DS versions were the same as the gba versions, which is why the 3rd and 2nd games were released as best price titles. There had to be some incentive to buy it. Also, the 1st game was released at full price cause of the extra chapter.

A little off topic, but what happened to Phoenix Wright. Is Capcom not using him anymore in these "attorney" games?

He still appears. The details are kinda spoilerish but let me say that most of the plot has some sort of connection (some would even say revolves around) Phoenix. So he is not gone yet. Oh, I think we can still get to hear his Objection from time to time.

Some of the old characters play a crucial role in the game, from what I've heard, so keep that in mind.
