Hacking Anyway to have 4.2U update on a disc to update?

I had semi-bricked my wii (4.0U) with a sysmenu and was wondering if there is a way to just put the 4.2U update on a disc so you can use bootmiifrii so I could update and fix my problem.

In other words, I need 4.2U by itself since I dont want to use any games with the update with bootmiifrii, but not sure how you would put it on a disc that would update from bootmiifrii.

EDIT: I also have it softmodded (obviously) and can play backups.

red steel 2 has 4.1 on the pal version also not sure if NTSC version will have the same could use that

Wii sports resort also has 4.1 Sorry, my mistake its got 3.4

Not sure if there are any games with 4.2 though

Or how to make a disk with an update on it.

No it doesn't. It has System Menu 3.4 for all regions (except Korea, naturally).

Go with New Super Mario Bros. Wii. 4.1 has everything good, 4.2 was just a sad attempt at anti-hax.
