ROM Hack Anyway to change the icon of an app?

I got some of those SDK tools and instead of keeping that generic icon look that 5+ of the apps have I'd like to change it to something else. Plus it will make it less confusing on which app is what.

Decrypt them, then edit their icon.bin with a smdh editor or something of the like, then re-encrypt and reinstall.

You need to use Bannertool. SMDH editors don't have the flag options avaiable (You need at least the regionfree and the visible flag for it to work.)
