Anyone who can read Japanese care to translate?

I'm trying to create a save file on One Piece Grand Battle rush, but the thing is it's in Japanese and I've had absolutly no luck in creating a save file and using it. Here are the screenshots of the options I have.

Without memory card:

With memory card without save data:

Memory card with sava data:

The save file was created by sheer luck. All I know is that it showed up on my card.

I'd assume you could translate this fairly simply(I.e, the top part says to insert a memory card in slot A obviously). I'd be extremly grateful if someone could help me here.

I'm still a newb in Japanese, but I tried translating for 'ya:

Selections:
??
Yes (left selection)

???
No (right selection)

With memory card without save data:

"One Piece game-data is not found in Memory Card Slot-A. Do you want to stop loading the game-data?"

Memory card with sava data:

"Do you want to load the game from Memory Card Slot-A?"
