Hacking Anyone Know of a Good Rock Band 3 Content Manager

So... We're big into the Rock Band 3 series games and have a lot of purchased DLC. Can anyone point me to a good RB3 DLC manager. Specifically I'd like to be able to move content so I can have a kid friendly SD and adult SD card as well as being able to manage content on virtual NAND's. I found one called "Rock Band Collection Manger V1.03b" by Rudi that seems to do what I'm needing via scanning several forums, but the links are all inactive and the threads are dead. Wasn't sure if anyone could point me to a live link for that program or a good alternative.
