Every time I boot into OFW, the save progress I made in CFW is reversed. Booting into CFW afterwards does not revert this. Additionally, booting into OFW and then returning to CFW uninstalls all of my tinfoil games. For context, I have the emuNAND directory set to use the same Nintendo folder as sysNAND in order to avoid having the same games taking up storage multiple times. Hoping for a solution that still allows for keeping the games only downloaded in one place while still maintaining tinfoil titles and save data. For context, I’m running FW 12.1.0 on a Mariko switch, file-based emuNAND.

Sharing the Nintendo folder is causing most of your issues. There's a reason a separate one is made.
